A Hero's Quest: Scripts by Donovan Correctional Facility Playwrights
Saturday, April 1 at 7:00-7:30 PM in The Lyceum Theatre Lobby

Heroic journeys are imagined through monologues and short scenes written by incarcerated men in our Out of the Yard playwriting program at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility. The program supports rehabilitation by encouraging participants to create fictional plays that examine hardships, explore positive solutions, and envision brighter futures.

Professional actors will perform a reading of short scripts inspired by Into the Beautiful North in a FREE Engagement Event prior to the San Diego Rep's 8:00 PM performance of Into the Beautiful North.
