We hope that you are enjoying good health and finding comfort and connection, even with the physical distancing.
Like you, we’re missing the face-to-face interaction, but we are grateful for our theatre artists, who are leaning on their creativity to find innovative ways to continue to spark joy in our program participants in the community, schools and carceral settings. Sure, the instruction and performances are now delivered from separate dining rooms, but with our artists’ dedication and passion, it almost feels like live theatre!
Many thanks to our devoted and forward-thinking donors, as well. Your flexible support is allowing us to regroup and narrow in on what’s possible, as we pursue funding from alternative sources that recognize the impact this crisis is having on arts organizations like ours.
We are reminded every day of the power of our creative community. Theatre allows us to process our struggles, triumph in our resilience, forge social connections, and find imaginative approaches to challenging times!
Enjoy some of these creative approaches below, and take time to write!
